Ingredients:
- 1 large English cucumber
- Chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon sweet onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Peel and grate the cucumber. Place in a medium bowl with cream cheese, sweet onion, hot sauce, salt, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Mix until fully blended and add a drop of food coloring.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
