Ingredients:
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Red pepper flakes
- 4 strips bacon

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. While waiting, cut a slit lengthways across each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, and spinach in a bowl. Mix and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Fill each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture and add a piece of bacon to each as well.
- Drizzle in olive oil and bake for about 35 minutes, until chicken is golden and bacon is crispy.
