Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
- 1 ½ cups chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice
- 1 can or jar of tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 pound ground beef

Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and ground beef, and break up meat as it cooks until it is no longer pink.
- Add garlic and spices and stir until well mixed.
- Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, and brother and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low for 5 minutes.
- Add macaroni and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle parmesan over the top, and enjoy!
